Clients reviews about Ruan's Plumbing & Maintenance

Called him 2 times the last two years. Full time schedule? NO PROBLEM ! Saturday evening? NO PROBLEM ! Ruan and his Team are fantastic, You call him or send him a message and he will get back to you straight away! A brief analysis of the problem over the phone and he (or his team) will come as soon as he can. Kept me up to date today 3 (THREE) times on where his team is at the moment, when they are leaving for me and when they will be there. SERVICE !!! Looked directly at the problem, repaired it, done! Price-value ratio a dream ! Two years ago he and his team completely fixed a disastrous (done by the previous owner) installation full of external drains, internal plumbing and shower heads, within 3 hours COMPLETELY! Everything still works like new. I can recommend Ruan and his team from the bottom of my heart, his service is an absolute rarity in a service desert like Windhoek! FIVE STARS ~ Vasilios K

I messaged Ruan on PayToday and received a follow-up call to ask about my issue within a few hours. He came to fix two minor issues on the same day and advised on a potential future project—this was refreshing after having dealt with some less professional plumbers in Windhoek who always seem to be coming tomorrow. No hassle, quality service. ~ Jacob H
